Section 2: Definitions

(1) A cosmetic, food, food additive, or herb,
(2) For human use or consumption.
(3) Means all parts and varieties of the hemp plant, including any naturally occurring cannabinoids, compounds, concentrates, extracts, isolates, resins, or derivatives.
(4) Has not more than a 0.3% concentration of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol.
Section 3. Manufacturing of food products.
(1) All components of the hemp plant used in food products must originate from states with established and approved industrial hemp programs or countries that regulate hemp under food safety standards to ensure human consumption safety.
(2) The producer or grower of industrial hemp must be in good standing and compliant with the laws governing hemp in their state or country of origin.
(3) The industrial hemp, including every part of the plant used and the final product, must not exceed 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol.
(4) The product must adhere to labeling laws at both the Federal and State levels.
