2-514 Testing
(1) Hemp from every growth location registered with the department must be sampled and tested for delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration before harvest by an approved testing facility at the licensee's expense. The results of such tests shall be certified directly to the department by the testing facility before harvest. The test results shall identify the location ID where the hemp was grown.

(2) The department may, at its discretion, sample and test any hemp of any licensee at any time.
