(r) (2) "Marijuana" does not include:

0.3% on a dry weight basis] HEMP AS DEFINED IN § 14–101 OF THE AGRICULTURE ARTICLE
14–101. SUBTITLE 1. DEFINITIONS.
(c) (1)"HEMP" means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and every part of THAT plant, INCLUDING ALL DERIVATIVES, EXTRACTS, CANNABINOIDS, ISOMERS, ACIDS, SALTS, AND SALTS OF ISOMERS, whether growing or not, with a delta–9–tetrahydrocannabinol concentration that does not exceed 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
There isn’t a concentration limit for products like Delta 8 and CBD in the state of Maryland. However, Maryland has a limit for Delta 9-THC. The law entails that hemp-derived Delta-9 concentrations are only allowed if they weigh in at 0.3% THC concentration or less on a dry weight basis.
